1) If you have already been a visitor, you must enter your ID number and password. If you do not remember your password, you can recover it by clicking on FORGOT PASSWORD?
2) If the platform does not recognise your ID, you can register for the first time by clicking on REGISTER.
In either case, once you have updated your details, the entry will appear and a copy will be sent to your e-mail address. Moreover, during the registration process you will be able to access the RENFE discount vouchers.
